I love holiday time. Its a cozy time of year that you get to spend with friends and family. In my family tea was a big thing. I loved holiday inspired blends of tea. Lemongrass, Chamomile and Lavender Tea

I think I was 12 or 13 the first time I had Lemon grass tea.  I loved it! Recently I started using lemon grass essential oil. The aroma is amazing, it makes you smile as you smell it.

Lemongrass is wonderful for boosting your mood and helping you to feel calm and happy. It can also help to make you feel mentally energized. You get that same feeling when you drink the tea. The aroma from it is strong and lovely.

A mixture of lemongrass, chamomile and lavender make a calming and soothing tea. It is a great tea to dink before bed time or when you just want to unwind and feel relaxed. You can mix your own or check out this one from my friends at Tiesta Tea

I will be posting a post shortly about the health benefits of lemongrass and how to grow it yourself so check back soon.
